RETURN AND REFUND POLICY

Please contact us within 15 days of delivery to allow the urn to be shipped back within 30 days.

If your urn is damaged: Please submit an exchange request with a pictures of the damage to file a claim with the shipping service. It will be exchanged immediately, no questions asked.

If you are unhappy with your urn: We will gladly accept the urn back as long as there are no damages. You will receive a refund with deducted shipping costs once we have received the urn.

Because of the nature of personalized engravings, refunds or exchanges will not be accepted unless there is a mistake. Cancellations are not accepted once the engraving has been completed but please do not hesitate to contact us with problems or changes to your order.
